In order to create a User Profile, you will need your utility bill account number, your name as it appears on your bill (in all caps), and an email address. After your user profile has been established, you will receive a link in your email to confirm your enrollment. You will then be able to make a payment with a credit card only (no debit cards accepted), view account history, or just view your bill. Payments cannot be made over the phone, only through our website.
